The Law Office of Michael Durgavich
opened in 1994. We practice family law, bankruptcy, alternate dispute resolution and contract attorney services. In these
areas of law, people need an attorney and a counselor to navigate through their current situation and get them safely to the
other side of difficult times. We are committed to excellence in performing these services.
The web has opened up many
new doors for people to communicate. The connectivity of people, and the ability to get information is readily available on
line. However, sometimes, even if you can find information, the application of that information can be difficult and confusing.
We strive to keep people informed and understanding throughout our relationship.

Sometimes in an initial consultation, a potential
client decides that they will try to handle their own case. Some of these folks I never see again. Others come back in a couple
of weeks or months to hire me. Still others refer other clients to me. I'll sit down with about anybody to see if we can work
together on your case.
Of course, free legal advice is worth every penny, and is only our opinion, and not a promise
or guarantee. Also no attorney/client relationship is formed until a representation agreement is signed. The only risk in
coming in to meet is the opportunity cost of the time we spend talking about your case. I am sure you'll find it worthwhile.
